Job Responsibilities
existing forecasting model and optimization model used for manpower scheduling and rostering, propose and implement new features for model enhancement.
data related to manpower requirements, historical staffing patterns, and operational demands.
reports and performance metrics to track key indicators such as labor utilization, overtime expenses, and staffing efficiency.
insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
evaluate and refine scheduling tasks to improve process efficiency.
analytical support in projects related to manpower scheduling.
Job Requirements
in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research or other analytical fields preferred.
experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations management preferred.
skills using analytical tools such as SQL, Python or R.
analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Spotfire or PowerBI.
of Linear Programming or any other optimization technique/algorithm is a plus.
communication, writing, presentation, statistical and data analysis skills.
