Job Responsibilities
Monitor costs and expenses for non-gaming businesses
Prepare regular financial reports, including actual performance, cost forecasts, and variance reports
Analyze and investigate irregularities in cost trend, and communicate findings and recommendations of best practices to enhance cost efficiencies to Business Units
Lead and participate in cross functional teams to develop and execute cost-saving initiatives
Experience in writing cost control policies and standard operating procedures
Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure efficient resource and utilization
Ensure all cost control activities comply with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements as well as to maintain detailed records for audit and review purposes
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Professional certifications, CMA or CPA can be advantageous
Minimum 5 years cost control experience or financial analysis, with large scale operations in a big organization or an integrated resort environment
Strong knowledge of cost structures, and financial challenges in integrated resorts will be highly desirable
Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, powerpoint and familiar with cost control methodologies with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial business units
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments
Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment to meet deadline
