Job Description

  • Plan and organise production shcedules
  • Assess project and resource needs
  • Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timelines with clients and managers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Determine quality control standards
  • Supervise the production process
  • Renegotiate timelines when necessary
  • Select, order and purchase materials
  • Organise inspection and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Liaise with buyers and project staff
  • Supervise and manage the work of carpenters
