Case Worker/Social Worker - PPIS Oasis Centre for Fostering

Job Objective

To provide Casework and Counselling, Information and Referral services to individuals and families to provide Community Work or Group work intervention within the boundaries of the Social Service Centre Special Projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response and relevant intervention to clients
• Tap on external schemes, services, programmes that can improve the well-being of clients
• Plan, organise, execute and evaluate community work interventions
• Other duties assigned by the Centre Manager

Requirements

• Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Social Work setting
