Key responsibilities include due diligence in cash handling and maintaining customer service at all times without compromising on compliance and control. Other job responsibilities include:

. Ensure operational procedures are carried out and adhered to the rules and regulations.

. Ensure day to day transactions and refund amount are reconciled.

. Handle customer feedback, enquiries and complaints with professionalism.

. Ensure the counters and terminals are kept clean and tidy at all times.
