Ensuring accuracy of the Store's daily monies collection (include foreign currency note), bank deposits and accuracy of the cash & cashless transaction records.
Responsible to provide training and coaching to the cashier on the POS Machine.
Work closely with the finance team on the month-end closing.
Rotating to schedule on cashier supervisor's duty roster
Support the cashier if they are unable to resolve cashiering issues by dealing with the issues positively
Ensure all cashiers have sufficient currencies of various denominations for sales transactions.
Handling petty cash
Lead by example and excel in customer service & cashiering skill knowledge.
Excellent customer service and communications skills to meet the organisation business objectives and exceed customer's expectations.
Cashier supervisors may also be required to attend meetings and conferences.
Any other ad-hoc assignment or project assigned by the Retail Manager.
Job Requirements:
At least GCE O Level / Diploma in Retail Management or related discipline
At least 3 years travel retail or retail cashier supervisory experience
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment
Must be 21 years of age or above due to Custom's controlled categories under Liquor and Tobacco licensing requirements
