Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team in any and all aspects of daily operations.
- Liaise and arrange with catering team with the driver schedule, delivery schedule and outsource driver
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries
- Daily submission of e-invoice through Gebiz and other online payment platform
- Ensure all submissions adhere to specific client requirements for electronic invoicing.
- Track and manage invoice statuses, verifying acceptance and following up on any rejections or issues.
- Work closely with finance teams to verify payment receipts and resolve discrepancies if any.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries.
- Preparation and tallying of invoices into the masterlist
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Preferably with admin experience
- Good management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, catering work environment.
- Able to start within short notice preferred.
