Catering Assistant

Job Description

• Set up catering buffet and dining areas.
• Ensure food and menu tags are properly displayed.
• Ensure all food supplies, trays, and condiments are sufficiently topped up.
• Proper and clean handling of food served.
• Ensure dining and serving areas are clean.
• Wash and clean utensils/ cutleries and other types of service ware.
• Ensure all of the client's equipment is well-maintained.
• Provide a courteous and friendly mode of service to the client and diners.
• Other duties that the Company deem relevant may also be assigned.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage
• With Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Good hygiene practices
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
