Catering Operations Manager

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team

. Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients needs are met

. Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events

. Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs

. Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary

. Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints

. Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen

. Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

. Possess Diploma/GCE A or O Level

. Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients

. Ability to work independently and in a team

. Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment

. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

. Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
