• Mon - Fri Office Hour
• Sentosa Free island pass for monorail

Job Scope:

• Handle telephone inquiries and follow up with the respective sales staff concerned. Administer inventory control of collateral materials under the Sales & Marketing Department's jurisdiction.
• Responsible for constantly updating and improving the department's administration and filing systems.
• Generate month-end Production Reports, Overview Reports, Daily Business Mix Reports, Budget Reports, etc.
• Attend meetings and training whenever required.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior diligently and professionally
