Catering Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• To follow the sales plan and open new accounts for the catering business
• Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
• Assist clients in menu selection/proposal/event
• Prepare and send out online group and beverage promotions, festival foods, sales and marketing to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
• Handle e-procurement system to assist to settle with all vendors
• Prepare, distribute, update and keep record of all weekly, monthly reports and clients data base

Requirements

• Required Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
• Candidates with experience in Catering/Hotel is an added advantage
• Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• 5 days work / 9am to 6pm
• Lunch meal provided
