Job Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section to ensure all dishes from the assigned station meet the restaurant's standards.
Execute intricate and detailed cooking techniques required for fine-dining cuisine.- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Work closely with other kitchen team members to coordinate the timing of dishes.
- Assist in managing inventory for the assigned station and report ingredient needs and shortages to the sous chef or head chef.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized station.- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Working experiences in a professional kitchen- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Team player with passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments.
