_Job Scope:_
- Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls and walk-ins, IG DMs smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service
Packing and checking all cakes and against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message
piping, candles, etc.- Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery
Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
- Arranging delivery routes to drivers
Stock take and inventory- Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders
Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis

_Requirements:_
- 6 days work week: Sun off. Mon to Thurs 8AM to 4PM. Fri to Sat 8AM to 5PM
