Job Descriptions

. Cooking and preparation of the ingredients

. Assist the Head Chef in managing the activities of Dim Sum production and planning.

. Oversee inventory, ordering and wastages

. Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards

. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations

. Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements

. Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen specializing in Chinese cuisine

. Good team player and self-motivated, willing to learn

. 5/6 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays
