Job Description:
- Manage full recruitment process from job posting, recruiting, interview arrangements, negotiation of salary package, presenting offer, on-boarding, off-boarding & orientations
- Partner with Hiring Manager to review manpower requirements & develop recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process.
- Prepare manpower headcounts & recruitment related reports for management reporting.
- Handle work passes related matters (application, renewal, and cancellation) & prepare appointment/confirmation letters
- Handle employee grievances & assist in investigations related to employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HRIS records & handle HR administrative duties (i.e. Book tickets, hotel reservation, employment letters, visa applications)
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Human Resource
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess positive attitude
