- Oversee front office operations, manage staff schedules, productivity, and training, and ensure smooth class delivery and event execution.
- Act as the face of the institution, manage client relationships, and provide detailed program information to prospective students.
- Drive sales of art programs, events, and services while managing the studio's marketing efforts and coordinating collaborations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including staff onboarding, event planning, and ensuring team alignment for efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management/Arts Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of Sales/Customer Relationship Management/Operations experience in Education sector.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
