Job Scope:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and client engagement.
- Manage the Centre and take charge of its day-to-day operations.
- Manage support services and plan inter-generational activities for seniors residing in the designated blocks within the service cluster
- Manage the conduct of client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews
- To initiate and maintain regular contact with seniors in the targeted blocks
- Supervise the running of programmes for clients.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- GCE A Level or Diploma in Community & Social Service
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Senior Care Centre
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a passionate and sincere disposition to care for frail seniors
