We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certifications Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certification Process Management: Oversee end-to-end certification processes for assigned clients, including documentation review, audit scheduling, and certificate issuance.
Ensure compliance with relevant international standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding certification services.
Address client inquiries, provide guidance on certification requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with auditors and clients to schedule audits, ensuring timely completion.
Ensure all necessary documents and information are prepared and provided to auditors.
- Database and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of certifications, audits, and client communications in the company database.
Generate periodic reports for management on certification activities and key performance metrics.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor updates to relevant industry standards and regulations to ensure certification processes remain current and compliant.
Communicate changes to clients and internal teams as necessary.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of certification processes.
Identify potential areas for improvement and propose solutions to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Sustainability in general, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in certification, quality assurance, or a similar role (experience in the TIC industry is an advantage).
- Familiarity with certification standards such as ISO, ASC/MSC, GSTC, ISCC, RSPO, or other relevant frameworks is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or certification management systems.
