Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Transformation & Leadership: Oversee the finance function, driving transformation initiatives in financial reporting, regulatory accounting, tax management, and performance monitoring. Ensure robust financial controls and efficient capital management.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize investments, influence business strategies, and improve operational performance. Provide actionable financial insights and establish long-term financial plans.
- Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management: Engage with the board, investors, and key stakeholders to shape financial strategy, align with growth objectives, and strengthen investor confidence.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 20 years in finance leadership roles within global corporates. Familiarity with payments, fintech, or retail banking is advantageous.
- Expertise: Strong background in finance transformation, investment strategies, financial analysis, and business partnering.
- Leadership Skills: Commercial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence across levels, backed by a hands-on and solutions-driven approach.
