Change Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Change Manager to lead and execute change management initiatives for Salesforce implementations in the public sector. This role requires an individual with expertise in managing transitions, fostering adoption, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of change management frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Effective Change Management: Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth transitions, enhanced user adoption, and minimal disruption during Salesforce implementations.
- Alignment with Government Norms: Apply experience in public sector projects to ensure initiatives comply with government protocols, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhanced Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trust and engagement among stakeholders to drive alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: at Least 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Change Management, preferably within public sector or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Framework Expertise: Proficient in industry-standard change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S, or equivalent frameworks.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using change management tools like Jira, ADKAR-based platforms, or other project management and collaboration tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, conduct workshops, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in iterative and fast-paced environments.
- Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with government workflows, regulatory constraints, and public service protocols is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and roll out change management plans that align with project objectives and public sector requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and government officials, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent, transparent communication.
- Training and Enablement: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops to equip end-users with the skills and knowledge required for successful system adoption. Provide ongoing support to address resistance and encourage engagement.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain detailed change logs, training materials, and project documentation to ensure full compliance with government regulations and organizational standards.
- Impact Assessment and Feedback: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of change management efforts through feedback mechanisms, impact assessments, and user feedback, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Support Organizational Culture Change: Work with leadership to embed change management practices into the organization's culture, creating a sustainable framework for future transformations.
