The ideal candidate:

Has 1-3 years of Change Management experience.

Has proven experience in CM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7s etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, ADKAR).

Possesses strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Demonstrates adaptability and a growth mindset, particularly in a fast-paced, iterative work environment

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy Execution: Develop and execute change management strategies that align with project goals and public sector guidelines.

Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing support to promote user adoption and mitigate resistance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with government officials and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear communication.

Regulatory Documentation: Maintain change logs, training materials, and ensure compliance with public sector requirements.
