Job Overview:
The Change Manager will play a critical role in driving change initiatives within our organization. This person will be responsible for leading change management strategies that enable smooth transitions for employees, helping them to adopt new processes, technologies, and organizational changes. The Change Manager will work closely with stakeholders across departments, ensuring that changes align with the organization's strategic goals and that employees have the support and resources needed to embrace changes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies that support the ERP program's objectives, aligning with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and facilitate communication regarding change impacts, benefits, and progress throughout the ERP implementation.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the new system.
- Communication Planning: Create and execute a communication plan to provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and promoting buy-in for the change initiative.
- Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns and foster a positive attitude toward the ERP system.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, and report findings to project leadership.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Qualifications:
- -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in change management, preferably within an ERP implementation context.
- Proven track record of successful change management initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience in large global transformation programs is critical.
