Change Service Team Lead for Chief Technology Officer Organization
Role Description:
The CTO (Chief Technology Organization) Change Service Lead at Associate Director level will be based in the Singapore Technology Center and will have responsibility to establish a centralized tiered change service function to service to all CTO initiatives and product teams. Service levels will range from self-service for most product teams to full-service for our highest priorities. Change services, including templates, will be based on the Prosci ADKAR methodology. We consider communications one of the major tools to execute on change, so the services will include curation of communication channels and presentation assets, including videos and graphics. The expectation is that the Change Service Lead and the team they lead will be hands-on experts at using both change and communication tools, as well as able to upskill others.
Responsibilities:
Management of Change Service Team
- Manage a small team that will include the Product Manager of our CTO Portal (SharePoint) and a rotating pool of students and Gig based employees across our network of Technology Centers (US, Czech Republic, Singapore and India) to provide services globally.
- Advocate for the use of GenAI in the creation of change deliverables by the change service team and beyond.
- Establish the success criteria for the change services team in partnership with senior level stakeholders.
- Upskill a broader set of CTO employees on change using the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in establishing a central service related to change or communications.
- Certification in one or more change management methodologies (ex: ADKAR).
- Portfolio of creative assets, such as videos and graphics
- Experience in managing a team of professionals across multiple geographies.
- Proven experience in leading and managing significant change initiatives, including creating the deliverables personally.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent active listening skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Enthusiasm and curiosity about applying GenAI to the tasks related to change management and communications.
