As a Changi Service Associate at Changi Airport, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the travel experience for millions of passengers from around the globe.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide end-to-end customer service to all passengers and member of public
-Attend to their enquiries, feedback, and offer solutions to cater to their needs
-Approach and assist passengers with flight related enquiries, introduce and recommend facilities, retail and dining options
-Respond to all enquiries from various channels (Calls, Emails, Chatbot and social media)
-Respond to all incidents, medical and emergency cases on ground operations and escalate when necessary
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Pro-active and comfortable performing interaction with passengers
- Resourceful & effective in problem-solving
- Able to commit rotating shifts

Additional Information:
- Training and uniform provided
- Transportation Provided
- Salary up to $2300 (Including allowances)
- 4 days work, 2 days off/ 530am to 330pm, 1am to 3pm (Transport provided)
