Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive growth through strategic partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Scope:

Channel Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales through channel partners by developing and implementing sales programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to create business plans that ensure mutual success.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the product portfolio.

Partner Enablement and Support:

  • Train and support channel partners on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and deliver sales and technical training programs.
  • Assist partners in marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure they are informed about new products, updates, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role in the ICT or cybersecurity industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity hardware products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
