- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, challenges, and decision-making process.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized, value-added solutions that meet the client's specific needs.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business with key accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, ensure client retention, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that could affect the client relationship.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new key accounts.
- Represent the company and promote brand awareness at key client events and meetings.
