Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations and standard
  • Oversee the plating and presentation of food items according to established standards and recipes
  • Supervise the receiving of deliveries and inspect all incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Monitor food quality during the cooking process to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Implement portion control measures and monitor waste to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with management and culinary team members to design food and drinks menus
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance the kitchen's performance and elevate dining experience
  • Schedule staff shifts and coordinate kitchen operations
  • Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff
  • Assist menu planning and development
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Catering Experience
  • Has large scale catering experience
  • Creative ways of creating food
