Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Innovate and develop menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including training staff in cooking techniques and food safety.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, source ingredients, and maintain cost control measures.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine cooking (no arbitrary age or gender requirements).
  • Strong understanding of Chinese cooking techniques, regional flavors, and kitchen management.
  • Culinary arts certification or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
