Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese Sichuan specialty dishes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Innovate and develop menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including training staff in cooking techniques and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory, source ingredients, and maintain cost control measures.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Chinese Sichuan specialty cuisine cooking (no arbitrary age or gender requirements).
- Strong understanding of Chinese cooking techniques, regional flavors, and kitchen management.
- Culinary arts certification or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
