- Able to speak English

- Musts be a very hands-on leader in a restaurant kitchen.
- Able to Supervise food preparation and final plating
- Multi Tasking / Team Player
- Able to work 6 days with split shifts
- Able to travel between different Outlets
- Prefer Relevant Experience with Similar Set up and cuisine
- Able to work independantly without much supervision
