Chef de Cuisine (Restaurant)

- Assist to the Group Executive Chef for all kitchen related matters

- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurant.

- Ensuring that all food served meets the highest quality standards.
- Highly Experience with Italian Cuisine
- Able to speak English

- Able to speak Italian will be added advantage

- Musts be a very hands-on leader in a restaurant kitchen.

- Able to Supervise food preparation and final plating
- Multi Tasking / Team Player
- Able to work 6 days with split shifts

- Able to travel between different Outlets

- Prefer Relevant Experience with Similar Set up and cuisine
- Able to work independantly without much supervision
