What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items according to specific menus.
• Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards.
• Supervise station staff.

You'll Be A Good Fit If:

• You have at least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity!
• Must be able to rotate day and night shifts.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills!
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• You have experience in Fine Dining. (advantageous but not a requirement)
