Job Responsibilities- Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes from your station meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Execute complex cooking techniques essential for fine dining.- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely coordination of dishes.
- Manage inventory for your station, reporting any ingredient needs or shortages to the sous chef or head chef.
Comply with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Experience working in a professional kitchen, with a focus on fine dining.- Strong communication skills and thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
