Quality Control:
Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of dishes coming from your section.Training:
Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff in your section.Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues or discrepancies in your section to ensure timely service.
Culinary Skills: Proven experience and skills in cooking and food preparation.
