Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section of the kitchen.
Ingredient Management: Manage ingredients for your section, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistent quality.Kitchen Organization: Keep your section of the kitchen clean and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of dishes coming from your section.
Training: Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff in your section.Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues or discrepancies in your section to ensure timely service.
  • Job Requirements
Culinary Skills: Proven experience and skills in cooking and food preparation.
  • Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a busy kitchen environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or section is preferred.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
