Your duties as Chef De Partie include the following but not exclusively:
. Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers
. Providing excellent customer service
. Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas
. Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues
. Development and contributing to food programs
. Regular stock monitoring and reporting
. Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures
. Assist with and ensuring smooth operations
