. has a minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry

. is willing to go the Extra Mile in order to exceed guests expectation

. has supervisory skills to guide and coach junior colleagues

. is a great team player and contributes to the success of Kitchen Department through ensuring the smooth operations of the department

. is able to work on a rotating roster
