Responsibilities: -
- Provide technical support to Operating Plants for safe & smooth plant operations
- In charge of daily chemical & mechanical processes.
- Initiate and implement plans for performance improvement and economic / capacity optimization
- Perform plant simulation to identify high return opportunities to business team
- Draft process improvement idea with the objectives to improve process / occupational safety, improve product safety / quality, reduce energy consumption, improve production capacity / productivity, and reduce costs.
- Implement Process Improvement idea via Management of Change system and/or Non-regular work system.
- Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from long term view and/or periodically to uncover potential risk that may leads to Plant instability, Safety or Quality issues.
- Troubleshoot plant trouble related to process, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.
- To in charge of equipment calibrations.
- To update production output regularly.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: -
- Min Diploma or with min 3 years relevant working experience can be considered as well.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers
- 5.5-days work week.
