Chemical & Materials Development Intern

In this role, you will be part of highly innovative front end development team in creating new functions, improving product features and performance to meet consumer needs. Together with your team, you will strive to innovate, make continuous improvement in your deliverables, way of working and personal skills.

The Impact you'll make:

• Involved in an exploration project on new application of materials in steamers and irons.
• Researching and experimentation for product development
• Prototyping and product testing, involving lab work and problem-solving
• Documentation of results

The Skills and Knowledge you'll bring:

• Currently pursuing a relevant engineering discipline i.e. Chemistry, Material Science or Chemical Engineering
• Strong interest in formulation work and material analysis.
• Knowledge on organic and inorganic polymers.
• Good understanding of materials and coating.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ready to work independently and in a team, positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to commit fully for 6 months from January 2025 to June 2025.
