Job Description:

We are looking for passionate teachers to conduct engaging chess lessons to educational institutions for CCAs and ECAs. We value candidates who are ready to absorb and learn, with a commitment to upskilling and continuous education.

We offer flexible schedules, ideal for tertiary students and more. Chess experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Must know how to play.

Responsibilities:

. Conduct in-class teaching to a group of 5-40 students of different skill levels and ages.

. Plan and execute lesson catered to the needs and level of class.

. Teach chess concepts and strategies accurately and proficiently.

. Foster a positive and nurturing environment for students to facilitate the learning of chess.

. Communicate with students, teachers, and parents effectively regarding progress, goals or assistance.

Good to have:

. Any educational background

. Any background in chess, solid understanding of rules and theory of chess.

. Experience in teaching or chess coaching will be a plus.

. Any FIDE certifications or chess achievements are a plus.
