Chess Head Coach

We are looking for passionate teachers to conduct engaging chess lessons to students for competitions, CCAs and ECAs. We value candidates who are ready to help students to improve skills with passion.
Candidate with the following qualifications will be preferred:

1. At least master in Chess.

2. Bachelor Degrees or above

3. Should have National Trainers Certificate.

4. Extensive teaching experience, capable of adapting teaching methods to suit students of varying levels and improving their performance.

5. Ability of team establishment and management

6. Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

7. Possess good teacher qualities, appropriate demeanour, strong language expression skills, and good communication abilities responsible, personable, and innovative

8. Passionate about Chess, understand the cultural background of Chess, and are committed to the popularization of Chess education

9. Patient, personable, with a strong sense of responsibility

10. Any FIDE certifications or chess achievements are a plus.

11. With a track record of leading students to achieve excellent results in competitions will be a plus.

12. Ability of attracting in student enrolment will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop long-term teaching plans and specific implementation strategies. Establish a coaching training system and a development charter.

2. Support company to establish and manage coach team

3. Plan and conduct in-class teaching to a group of students of different skill levels and ages.

4. During the training process, provide necessary guidance, supervision, psychological counselling, encouragement, and other support to build students confidence & interests

5. Communicate with students, teachers, and parents effectively regarding progress, goals or assistance.

6. Assist the Marketing Department with Promotion and Enrollment
