Our new CCO will be driving acquisition, sales, marketing, and product teams to deepen our market-leading position on company setup while bringing an entrepreneurial approach to our newer ongoing corporate services product to build the leading offering in the Kingdom.
What You'll do:
- Solidify our edge in the company setup market by defining a scalable and repeatable commercial strategy, from acquisition to retention.
- Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our new ongoing corporate services product. Develop a consultative selling and service playbook that aligns with this strategy.
- Hire and coach top talent with domain expertise across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Establish robust revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting metrics to drive optimal performance.
- Directly engage with and manage key clients and partners, nurturing long-term relationships.
Who You Are:
- A commercial sales veteran with demonstrated success in scaling B2B corporate services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- An inspiring team leader and coach with a proven track record of hiring, ramping up, and mentoring top talent to achieve ambitious targets.
- Exceptional analytical skills for revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and making data-driven decisions that drive growth.
- A collaborative leader capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements:
- 10+ years in senior commercial or revenue-focused roles, including at least 5 years as a top-performing sales rep and 5 years in sales leadership.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and scaling corporate services companies.
- Technically savvy and analytically driven with a knack for leveraging tech tools to drive team
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- You're based in the UAE/KSA or are willing to relocate.
