Job Description:
The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the business remains a leader in the luxury/hospitality industry. The CEO will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth while maintaining the unique character, elegance, and quality associated with the business. The role requires a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality or luxury sectors and an ability to innovate, expand, and oversee multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership :Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission, vision, and long-term profitability. Collaborate with the Board of Directors on business growth opportunities, market expansion, and new ventures. Shape and uphold the company's luxury brand identity and reputation.
- Operational Management :Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments (e.g., front-of-house, back-of-house, guest services, marketing, and finance). Drive operational efficiencies while ensuring a world-class guest experience.
- Financial Stewardship :Manage the overall financial performance of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. Lead initiatives to improve profitability while maintaining the high standards of luxury expected from guests and clients.
- Team Leadership :Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team. Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among all employees.
- Business Development :Explore and implement new revenue streams, partnerships, or market expansions that align with the luxury brand. Identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality or luxury sector to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Brand and Customer Experience :Maintain and enhance the company's reputation as a leading luxury destination by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. Oversee marketing, public relations, and customer outreach initiatives to promote the company in targeted markets.
- Stakeholder Relationships :Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the Board of Directors. Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for the company.
Job Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior executive role in the hospitality or luxury industry. Proven track record in managing luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, or high-end service businesses. Experience overseeing large-scale operations and managing diverse teams.
- Automation: Experience with technology and be able to innovate software AI solutions to improve the company's operations and productivity as well as enable the overall industry with cutting edge solutions.
- Education : A Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MSc) or an advanced qualification in management or leadership or technology is required.
- Skills and Competencies : Visionary Leadership : Ability to provide clear strategic direction and inspire the entire organization. Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit maximization. Operational Expertise : Deep knowledge of day-to-day operations in luxury or hospitality sectors. Brand Stewardship : Experience managing and growing a luxury brand while ensuring consistency in guest experiences. Innovative Thinking : Ability to drive innovation and implement new ideas to keep the business competitive. Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and represent the company at high-level forums.
