Job Description

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Financial Strategy:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and manage company assets.
• Ensure efficient capital allocation and cash flow management.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Implement internal controls and ensure financial integrity.
• Monitor economic and industry trends to anticipate challenges.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for the board of directors and investors.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure high standards of product quality and customer service.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage staff.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.

Customer Relations:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the F&B industry, including roles in both operations and finance.
• Prior experience in a leadership position is typically required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) can be beneficial.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies.
