Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Working Location: Bukit Timah
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $15,000 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit.
Manage financial risk by implementing robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards.
Manage capital structure and optimize capital allocation to support business growth and profitability.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships to enhance shareholder value.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments.- Conduct financial analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/CPA qualifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).- Prior F&B experience is an added advantage.
