Chief of Staff- Digital Finance (Fintech)

This is a fast-growing digital finance platform, backed by a well-capitalised global financial services with the objective to provide cross-border trade finance business and provide global liquidity solutions for all kind of industries.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to monitories the company's sales productivity/ deal management and put in place an operational excellency across the organization, running origination and distribution operations for CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/COO roles within financial services or fintech platform, with proven capability to implement sophisticated matrix and framework to drive asset growth for the business
• High energy and result-oriented with strategic planning/ business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
