Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in Advertising Sales, Marketing, Consulting, or Media
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree
Experience in strategic or executive communications
Experience working in or deep knowledge of Asia Pacific markets
Ability to translate complex, ambiguous topics to stories that spark an audience
Ability to provide stakeholder management at executive-levels with clear written and verbal communication
Exceptional business acumen, and long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills

Responsibilities
Act as business manager and thought partner to the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) APAC regional Vice President.
Shape GCS APAC priorities and drive leadership engagements (e.g. weekly staff meetings), ensuring fast decision-making, focus and delivery against the highest priorities across the business.
Lead executive engagement and presence in the region, activate global and regional priorities via clear communication from the regional Vice President in key moments (e.g. Town Hall).
Develop and manage internal communications strategies to sales teams including talking points, emails, and presentations.
Drive APAC wide strategic initiatives to support executive leadership, managers, and promoters to grow small and medium businesses and product footprint.
