Job Summary
We are looking for a Director/ Executive Director level person for a top-tier private equity firm. The person will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, ensuring that processes, policies, and programs align with our strategic goals. This role combines strategic vision, analytical acumen, and hands-on execution to elevate our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
Partner with the executive team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Implement best practices, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.
Leverage data analytics to measure HR effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Change Management and Transformation:
Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes.
Drive change management efforts to enhance organizational agility and adaptability.
Talent Development and Succession Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create robust succession plans.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Experience and Well-Being:
Champion employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Enhance the overall employee experience through effective HR programs and policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with business leaders, external partners, and industry experts.
Represent HR in cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Mitigate HR-related risks and proactively address compliance issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
At least 10-15 years of experience in Healthcare/ Private Equity functions
Proven track record as an HR leader at a senior level within a global or international context
Expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and change management
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
