CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the company's long-term technical and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's daily operations, including marketing development, brand promotion, purchasing, Finance
• Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor high-performing technical and operational teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Work with department heads to develop and execute performance goals and KPIs.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team in setting company strategy and making critical operational decisions.
  • Translate strategic goals into operational plans, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
  • Manage risk and compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Financial & Resource Management:
  • Oversee the company's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Partner with the CFO to drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related) MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within a high-technical or engineering-driven company for more than 10 years.
• Deep understanding of technical operations, engineering processes, and product development cycles.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory and compliance standards is a plus.
