As the Web3 Industry CPO, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the Web3 ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals for the Web3 industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors within the Web3 space.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, including planning, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate product development efforts across engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver a cohesive product vision.
- Ensure a strong focus on user experience and design, driving the creation of intuitive and engaging product interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical leads to translate complex blockchain technologies into user-friendly products.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem to enhance product offerings.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory standards in the blockchain and Web3 industry.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in the Web3 industry at conferences and in media engagements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Experience in leading product development for consumer or enterprise products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
