Provide academic support for residents in the Home (Primary - Secondary Level)
Tracking and analyzing residents academic progress and needs.
Programme planning, design and implantation for residents in the Home, including employment needs and relevant life skills.
Volunteer coordination, including but not limited to recruitment, training, supervising, programme planning, deployment, reward, retention, and recognition.
Assist in the management of Donation-in-Kind for the Home.
Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field
1-2 years experience in academic related fields will be advantageous.
Responsible for Volunteer Management activities i.e. recruitment, onboarding, retention and recognition of volunteers.
Comfortable in liaison and relationship building with individuals and corporate organizations.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work after office hours and on weekends, when required.
