Job Scope:
. Scheduling school tours for parents
. Manage key administrative functions such as data entry, enrolment management, fees collection, procurement, petty cash management
. Handle enquiries regarding about our programmes
. Assist with day-to-day operations duties
. Counter duties such as collecting of school fees, issue invoices and receipts.
. Assist in morning health check

Job Requirements:
. Diploma in any discipline / GCE O level with 1 year of administrative experience
. Enjoys dealing and interacting with people, especially young children
. Organized and meticulous.
. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong in written English
. Proficiency in Microsoft office
